In step two of the procedure on this page, I believe there is a minor error. Be advised that you cannot add portlet preferences for the Web Content Viewer (JSR 286) through Manage Pages > Configure. The configuration view of that portlet presents the same UI as the Edit Settings (only on config mode for affecting all instances of the portlet). That UI does not expose the underlying preferences as name/value pairs. Instead, you must go to Portal Administration > Portlets, find the Web Content Viewer (JSR 286) in that list, then click the configure portlet icon (the wrench) from that view.
